Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Changes to terms
VeraSoma Inc. ("VERASOMA", "we", "our", or "us") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.
Use of the site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site.
Account registration
To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide.
Notify us immediately at support@verasoma.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Photos and content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant VERASOMA a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to process those photos solely to provide the service (analysis, reports, and account-level features). We do not use your photos to train third-party models.
By uploading photos, you represent that you have the rights necessary to do so and that the photos depict only you (or someone who has authorised you to upload their image for analysis).

VERASOMA offers facial assessments and recommendations grounded in sophisticated aesthetic research. Our services aim to deliver general information and should not be considered a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is essential to consult your physician or a qualified health provider for any questions, or before undertaking any treatment or procedure.
Any report we provide gives general information and discussion about facial aesthetics, orthodontics, and other health-related subjects. Its contents are not intended to be, and should not be construed as, medical advice. Any and all information provided by VERASOMA, VeraSoma Inc., and its affiliates is not a substitute for professional medical expertise or treatment.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of all analyses, measurements, or assessments in our reports. Results may vary due to a multitude of factors. These reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. VERASOMA, VeraSoma Inc., and its affiliates accept no legal liability whatsoever arising from or connected to the accuracy, reliability, currency, or completeness of any material contained in any report. VERASOMA does not endorse any actions taken based on a report; instead, it presents third-party scientific findings for readers to assess at their own risk.
When making a purchase on the VERASOMA website, the customer acknowledges that they are of sound mind and fully understand the implications of their purchase. They agree to use the product or report solely for informational purposes and commit to consulting a qualified health professional before starting any treatments, procedures, or using any products.
Payment, subscriptions, and refunds
VERASOMA offers annual membership plans that renew automatically through our payment processor, Stripe. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase and may vary by region; you are charged in your selected currency. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your subscription settings — cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
What happens to your data when you cancel. Cancelling does not delete anything. After your paid period ends we keep your photos and analysis for one more year, so you can still sign in and open your results, and then we delete them and everything generated from them automatically. If you want them gone sooner, you can ask us to erase everything at any time. The full schedule is in Data retention.
Refunds. Because each analysis incurs real processing cost, once you have generated an analysis or report under a membership, that membership is non-refundable. If you have paid but have not yet generated any analysis or report, you may request a refund by contacting support@verasoma.com.
Your data and deletion
Your photos and the facial geometry derived from them are governed by our privacy policy and the written consent we take before your first upload. Two things are worth stating here because they are contractual, not just technical:
- Cancelling is not deleting. Cancelling stops billing and keeps your access to the end of the paid period; your data is then held for one further year before automatic deletion.
- Deleting is permanent. If you ask us to delete your account, we erase your photos, your analysis, your Blueprint and your galleries, and the deletion cannot be reversed. Your subscription is cancelled at the same time and the remainder of the paid period is not refunded. We keep a record of your purchases, because a financial record has to outlive the account that made it.

Prohibited uses
You may not use VERASOMA to:
- Upload images of any person who has not consented.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying analysis pipeline.
- Resell, sublicense, or republish reports as if they were your own work.
- Disrupt the service through automated traffic, denial-of-service activity, or abuse.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VeraSoma Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VERASOMA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or the services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERASOMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Site or services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content made available through the Site or the services. Additionally, VERASOMA is not responsible for any treatments, complications from treatments or procedures, or products used by the customer, nor for any decisions made by the customer following the use of our services.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and VERASOMA agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
